Watch Mags in action to get a feel for her teaching style and ethos.
“It’s a privilege to be a vocal coach because the benefits of singing lessons always extend into other areas of my students lives – from increased confidence, improved mood and even lowered blood pressure – all these have been reported in enthusiastic messages post-lesson by surprised students. Taking singing lessons can be life changing!”

Can Anyone Learn to Sing?
Mags says, “Often people say that they can’t sing or would like to learn to sing. However, I believe that everyone can sing and it’s just a matter of having a patient, supportive and encouraging teacher to help you find your voice. I have a fantastic array of singing exercises and techniques that can coax even the most shy and inexperienced non-singer into song – yes, it takes time, but yes, it’s absolutely possible to go from being “tone-deaf” to tuneful.”
Mags specialises in combining confidence-building techniques with the latest vocal training to give clients a uniquely uplifting, empowering singing experience. She has undertaken over 60 hours of training in strategies to reduce performance anxiety because so many people initially contact her to gain confidence and reduce their nerves. It’s her mission to help people find and explore their voices and fully enjoy the pleasure of singing.
Her passion for teaching singing leads her to constantly update her skills and knowledge with the world-renowned teacher-trainers so you can be assured of first-class singing and performance coaching.
Students have gone on to record albums, audition successfully for bands, musical theatre roles and university courses. Equally important and challenging are dreams of just being able to sing in a group situation (think weddings, church, birthdays…) without miming or shame; singing a lullaby to your child; singing in front of your partner or friends. Whatever your singing dream, Mags offers a warm, non-judgmental teaching style coupled with cutting edge, contemporary vocal training techniques.
Based in Marple, Stockport she provides singing lessons in Greater Manchester and beyond, both in-person and Online. Contact Me to find out more.
