Hayfield sits at the foot of Kinder Scout, around 20 minutes from my Marple studio through Birch Vale and New Mills. You can also take the bus to New Mills and catch a direct train from New Mills Central to Marple.

I teach adults in a warm, relaxed space, from complete beginners to experienced singers. Lessons are shaped around your goals, whether you want to sing in tune, build confidence, prepare for an audition or simply enjoy singing more.

I specialise in contemporary styles – pop, rock, folk, jazz and musical theatre. Online lessons are available too.

A vocal miracle worker

Mags has transformed my voice from what could best be described as a window-shattering strangled cat to something very passable! We’ve tackled some fab power ballads and I can now sing my heart out in the car without my passengers demanding ear plugs.
