You don’t have to cross the city to find a good singing teacher – trains from Manchester Piccadilly run direct to Rose Hill Marple, a short walk from my studio, and to Marple station too. By car it’s around 35 minutes.

I teach adults who want to sing with more confidence, control and joy, from complete beginners to performers who gig, audition or record. Lessons are tailored to you in contemporary styles: pop, rock, folk, jazz and musical theatre.

If you’d rather learn from your own home, online lessons work brilliantly.

Mags has transformed my voice from what could best be described as a window-shattering strangled cat to something very passable! We’ve tackled some fab power ballads and I can now sing my heart out in the car without my passengers demanding ear plugs.
